- August 3rd, 11:30 AM- Phinneys Harbor Day at Monument Beach. BCB’s annual fund raiser. This year there will be music, food, drink, water activities and a corn hole tournament. IMPORTANT- TOWN PARKING STICKERS ARE REQUIRED TO PARK AT MONUMENT BEACH.
